Journal of Pragmatics Research, (JoPR), E-ISSN : 2656-8020 , is published by State Insitute of Islamic Studies Salatiga, Indonesia. it is a forum published every April and October and aimed at developing all aspect of scholarly theories and research on pragmatics,

Pragma-linguistics, Discourse analysis, and socio-pragmatics within Indonesian context of political, socio-cultural aspects. There are abundant classic and contemporary Pragmatics theories but this journal aimed at developing Indonesian scholarly theories of Pragmatics. Pragmatics is a subfield of linguistics and semiotics that studies the ways in which context contributes to meaning. Pragmatics encompasses speech act theory, conversational implicature, talk in interaction and other approaches to language behavior in philosophy, sociology, linguistics and anthropology.

Since July 2019 this journal charges the following author fees.

 Article Publishing Charges (APCs):  100 (USD)

The fee for publication of original paper in this journal is 1.000.000.00 (IDR) (for Indonesian author) & $ 100 (for Foreign author). If the paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to fill out and send a Statement of originality along with your digital signature and you will be asked to pay the fee.

The usual and regular manuscript  process of Editing, Reviewing, Copyediting and Proofeading takes 6-8 months BUT with the payment of this fee (FAST-TRACT REVIEW), the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 8 weeks. This payment, however, IS NOT A PROMISE  on when the manuscript will be published. It is NOT a FAST PUBLICATION but it is just a FAST-TRACK REVIEW.
